Sign-up to FlightStats Help Desk Check Existing Requests or Submit a New Support Ticket We have a help desk ticket tracking system to allow us to respond to your support requests more effectively. When you submit the support form, you will receive an auto-reply confirmation email with the ticket number. From then on, you simply reply to the ticket and the communication is all stored in one place. Optionally, you may log into the system to see the status and communication history of all your support tickets. Note: You will be asked to create a password in the help desk. |
